Run through
the line.
Naptown Athletic Project is an Indianapolis youth track, field and cross country club for athletes ages 6 to 18, plus post-collegiate runners — built on hard work, toughness and community.
What we're building
A nonprofit club focused on more than finish times.
NAP exists to inspire competitive excellence through sport, for athletes of every age. We run a disciplined, supportive program where athletes build toughness, consistency and character while working toward their full potential. As a nonprofit, part of our job is giving back — creating opportunities for kids in our community who need them.
Our goal: to be a premier community-based athletic program that develops resilient, competitive, well-rounded people who go on to make their communities better.
Hard work and consistency
We show up daily with discipline and focus on long-term development — in workouts and in the classroom.
Tenacity and toughness
We train the mind as much as the body, building the kind of focus that holds up under pressure — on the track and off it.
No quit mentality
Win or lose, athletes run hard through the line every time. It's a habit that carries into work, relationships and everything else.
Diversity, equity and community impact
Every athlete is welcomed, respected and given a fair shot — and the club gives back to the community it trains in.
Coaching staff
Three coaches with deep roots in Indiana high school and club track.
Chandler Ball
Leads NAP as Director and coaches distance. His athletes have run some of the fastest 4x800m relays, 800m, 1600m and 5K times in school history.
Will Glover
Has coached State Meet champions in the 4x100m relay, 100m and 200m, along with multiple school record holders during his tenure at Lawrence Central.
Micah Williams
Brings his high school coaching background to NAP's hurdle crew, having already produced record holders and all-state performers on both sides.
Kam Garrett
An elite D1 high jumper from the University of Illinois and an Olympic Trials finalist. Kam is a former Indiana State Champion high jumper with a high school best of 7'3".

Ready to support NAP and our community?
Your donations provide valuable resources to our athletes.
NAP is open to athletes ages 6 to 18, and to post-collegiate runners looking to keep competing. New families can reach the coaching staff directly through Instagram to ask about tryouts, schedules and what to bring to your first practice.
As a nonprofit, the club also relies on donations. Donations of any size are welcome — they help support our athletes so they can have proper shoes, spikes, nutrition and hydration.
