We build a disciplined and supportive environment where individuals develop toughness, consistency, and character while being empowered to reach their full potential. As a nonprofit organization, we are committed to strengthening our community by giving back and creating opportunities for those in need.
Vision Statement
To be a premier community-based athletic program that develops resilient, competitive, and well-rounded individuals who positively impact their communities.
Core Values
Hard Work and Consistency
We show up daily with discipline, commitment, and focus on long-term development.
Effort is non-negotiable. We value preparation, accountability, and doing the work required to improve.
This also includes hard work in the classroom. Success in the classroom leads to success in life.
Everyone loves to do what is easy. We practice doing what is hard because life is full of challenges.
Tenacity and Toughness
We develop both physical and mental strength to perform under pressure.
We persist through obstacles with determination and focus.
We discuss breaking down mental walls in races so that we can break down mental walls at our jobs, with our friends and families, and in all facets of life.
No Quit Mentality
"Run Through The Line!"
Win or lose, we run hard through the line every time. This is a key function of life. This isn't just about sports.
We train to compete at the highest level, pushing ourselves and others to improve.
We build resilience by never giving up, regardless of adversity or challenge.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Community Impact
We create an environment where individuals can be themselves and feel valued.
We maintain a secure and respectful environment for all participants.
We foster a culture that welcomes all backgrounds, ensures fairness, and promotes equal opportunity.
We give back, support those in need, and leave our community better than we found it.
